The buying process was smooth, and customer service responded quickly to my questions about colors. Shipping was fast, and the product was exactly what I wanted. It fit perfectly and was easy to install. The pictures speak for themselves!
Easy to install but if you can’t fully remove your bumper, then add about 25-30 more minutes to your installation time hahaha. Quick shipping and the designer sent me exactly what I asked for! The YouTube videos definitely helped me with the installation process. Just google “Under the Sun Inserts Installation”
Absolutely amazing company and amazing customer service! I ordered my first one in 2019, over the years it faded and chipped. They kept their lifetime warranty promise. I submitted a warranty form and only 2 days later a brand new one arrived at my house. I would 100% recommend to others!
I ordered the solid black JK grill insert for my 2017 JKU. Upon receiving the “solid black” insert, I noticed it was white on the reverse side. I’m aware a customer may purchase a double-sided insert, but I figured the insert would be black from any angle. It’s not. The holes are white. Customer Service states that they use ink not paint, thus the ink does not fill in the holes. For $135, I had hopes the solid black would look solid black. Apparently I’m the only customer that has had this issue with my insert says Under The Sun Inserts.🙄👎🏼
Six stars!! Ater the fantastic customer service that I have just received from Under The Sun Inserts they deserve an extra star & a thank you from me! They have gone above and beyond in helping me “correctly” get the insert I want. I made a mistake with my order and they have shown true professionalism with how they have handled It. I look forward to telling people where I got my awesome grill insert for my Jeep! & the craftsmanship and artistry of all their grill inserts are just incredible! So many stock choices and amazing selections but also the ability to do custom images.
