My friends and I decided to visit this location in hopes of a fun experience. When we first checked in, everything was good and staff greeted us decently. However, when we went on the obstacle course, we encountered a very rude employee. We went to the only free section despite there being an overload of children. We had to wait 10 minutes for it to be free but that was no issue. My friend starts going through the course and apparently the employee didn’t like that. She came up and yelled for us to hurry up. We were on it for not even 2 minutes. She very quickly turned away and had one of the nastiest attitudes. Despite all of this, we decided to keep going and do the ropes course next. At this point, we encountered another worker that didn’t want to harness us. She was being aggressive and looked as if she didn’t want to touch us. A guy ended up harnessing me and he was the only sweet employee. The third and final awful experience was laser tag. After waiting in line, the kid leaving said we can go in and so my group heads in. The worker tells us to go back in line which is when I mention the kid said we can go in. His response was, “But he doesn’t work here, does he?” I wasn’t sure of why we deserved this attitude. Unfortunately, it was one bad experience after another. Very crowded, very poorly maintained and supervision of children was little to nothing.
Good adventure Park for kids ! The cost of the tickets to enjoy all the attractions is $50 solar each kid, they can unlimited use everything there, also is a good place for birthday party I celebrate my daughter's birthday there and it was so fun 😊
I threw a birthday party for my daughter here 11/8 - needless to say the kids had the times of their lives. We had an incident with another person in the park who’s child was bullying two girls from my party & the security guard and employees stepped in immediately to deescalate the situation , watched the cameras and so on. Although they don’t let you bring in anything except dessert, the Pizza was really good . And what I liked the most was our host and the flexibility to all age groups . Thank you urban air !
My family went this past weekend & the place was a disappointment. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with about 5 staff members horsing around & on their phones. Someone finally said to scan the QR code and buy tickets that way. Then why pay so many people to work the front desk?!
The place was a zoo, no one was checking bracelets on the trampolines or the kids soft play areas. There was a bunch of kids without bracelets. No oversight.
On the trampoline area marked 7 and under big kids 12 years old we’re bouncing the little kids all over the place & playing on the swinging thing in the middle marked “do not touch.”
The soft play area was disgusting. No clue the last time they were cleaned. Total lack of maintenance.
There was a “security guard” which was a total joke. He had his back turned to everyone & was on his phone the entire time watching videos and talking.
The owner should definitely reconsider why they are wasting their $$$ paying staff who are not working or maintaining their location.
The only good worker they had was the young man running the go-karts. He was very good with the kids and made sure they were safe.- thank you!
Only giving 2 stars because at the end of the day my 2 and 4 year old were happy but I would not go back.
We love going to Urban Air to expend the kids energy. We typically spend less time there due to an autistic child because it does get packed AND loud especially on the weekends. They have great mini attractions
