This store has the most amazing suits! It took me 30 years to get my husband (a groovy professional guitarist!) out of his old habit of wearing frumpy black suits to any formal occasions. My deepest thank to Amir for patiently fitting him and encouraging him to step out of his stagnant wardrobe and into a new designer image from Via Roma! My husband even said he wants to go back!
Fantastic service even when I arrived late from a two hour drive. Talk about quick and efficient work as well. The staff are extremely personable and handled my buddy's wedding fitting really well!

The good part:
I went there because I needed a particular color for a wedding, and they really have almost all of the colors. Customer service was good. The older gentleman was very helpful and took his time to find me something that worked. Ended up buying a suit that worked well enough.
The bad part:
2 days later my sister in law changed the colors so I went to return the unworn, untailored suit and was surprised when they told me they do not do refunds. I’ve never been to a store that does that. I’d understand if I have modified it somehow, but I didn’t. I tried to explain, but he wouldn’t budge. I wish they would have a visible sign, or tell people before buying since almost every store in the world gives refunds. Ended up with a store credit, which would be ok except it’s not the kind of store I’ll ever shop at and I need to use it within a year.
They basically just got free money from me. I feel a little robbed.
Great customer service!!! I went to this place to buy a suit and the guy who works there was very kind and he even helped me to pick up the best color... The price was very confortable and I walked out with 3 suits with pants, shoes, ties and shirts 👔. I’m definitely coming back...
