I first booked at Vio Through an introductory Hydrafacial session and I’ve rebooked every month since. The attention to detail and knowledge of services and products is unmatched. I always have Cynthia for facials and she’s incredibly detailed and works towards lasting results. Every time I come back I feel like the service gets better and better. I also became a member and it’s been great for discounts on products and services.

Just got a facial with Anna. She was absolutely incredible. Took her time with me understanding my skin before she got started and done. Really walked me through each part of the Facial and went above and beyond just the typical Hydra facials that I’ve had in the past will definitely be returning and would highly recommend Her to anyone looking for a facial!

This was my first time visiting and I had such a great experience with Anna! I got a HydraFacial and she was so kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. She really tailored the facial to my skin’s needs, which made it feel very personalized. She explained every step of the process clearly. The treatment itself was amazing; effective and left my skin glowing and refreshed. I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to the spa. Today was my first visit at VIO med spa and I couldn’t be more pleased. Brianna is always amazing! I used to go to her when she was at a different med spa but then that one closed. So of course I tracked her down and found out she is now at VIO. She is always kind, professional, and never pushy. I have never had a bad experience when she was the one doing my Botox so I will continue to come here. Also, the woman at the front desk was very sweet and informative. She explained the different memberships in a way that was very easy to understand. I will definitely be coming back to VIO. 😊
