Westchester EMS

We used Westchester EMS yesterday -- they were the answer to our prayers. My wife needed to go to a follow up appointment after an emergency department visit a few days ago. She is in a lot of pain and having great difficulty moving. I was terrified of trying to get her down two flights of stairs without both of us being injured. She was terrified of the potential pain. Allie and Rob, from Westchester EMS, came to the house and with great skill, care and compassion took her painlessly and safely down the stairs, into their vehicle and to the Medical Center. They waited patiently for us to have several different exams for surgical clearance and then got us back home and my wife back in bed with no pain and no stress. I can't say enough good things about them. We will use them next week to get to the hospital for her surgery.

I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to Christopher McLaughlin for his professionalism and incredible kindness to my dad. My family and I were deeply concerned about my dad, who suffered a stroke four months ago. When Christopher arrived, he immediately took charge with both expertise and warmth, speaking so gently to my dear dad. His calm and reassuring demeanor not only comforted my father but also eased the nerves of my mother and me.

Shortly after, Jared and Jake arrived to take over and transport my dad to Northern Westchester Hospital. They, too, were outstanding—demonstrating both kindness and exceptional knowledge. In a moment of uncertainty and fear, they brought us peace of mind. Despite my offers of tips and meals, they graciously declined, saying they were simply doing their job. But to us, it was so much more than that. Thankfully, my dad was thoroughly checked out and found to be okay.

David Bach and Frank Pirraglia are amazing!!! They carried my mom home from the hospital. They were personable and humorous and made us all feel comfortable with the trip. We had to be separated because I had my car at the hospital. They even carried mom up 21 steps without incident and told us that we could hire Westchester EMS to take mom to appointments. What a life saver!!!! No more asking friends to help me carry her upstairs.
