My daughter loves riding at Winding hill stables. She started when she was 4 1/2. Now she is 7 and continues to ride there.

A family owned and operated stable. The main riding ring is often decorated for the season. There is a platform for observing lessons, etc. It's not too big, and not too small. There is a feeling of family there. Owners are fair, friendly. Easily located where Bread and Cheese intersect with Middleville Road by Veterans Administration complex in Northport.
