We hired Xtraire to install our new central a/c, heat pump & new thermostat. They were amazing in every way! Jason thoroughly explained all our possible options to help us choose the best system for us. The technicians that arrived to do the job were fantastic! Always working clean & neat, even brought in their own vacuum to clean up after job was complete. They also were very thorough explaining our new system & how to use the new thermostat they installed as well. Customer service is excellent!! From our first call to schedule an estimate & throughout the entire process, Stephanie is amazing! These guys installed a Bosch heating and cooling heat pump for my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the work. The team was patient, professional, and really took the time to do things right.
