It seems like every six months they gave you they may get a different therapist or doctor that’s just a minimum sometimes you might get a different doctor or therapist after a year I wish I don’t like I’d rather have the same therapist for some time as because I don’t feel like explaining myself to a new therapist again when I have to have all your records on file so they shouldn’t have to ask you your personal information again when you get a new therapist. Also when you call to speak to the people that run the place nobody ever returned your call so this is a state facility you know budget cuts and all you’re better off going somewhere private but unfortunately a lot of these private places don’t take Medicaid so you’re stuck in this place. Yeah don’t if you really have a good therapist sorry to say you probably won’t have them for long cause they seem to make people switch therapist on purpose

I have found a great therapist and nurse practitioner in Chris and Siji. They are friendly and truly care about my progress. Together we have explored TREATMENT plans ..... giving me the discipline to tackle my BIPOLAR and ALCOHOLIC issues. I have been a patient since September 2019 and looking at a brighter 2020 thanks to The Yaphank Center.
