I just want to give a huge thanks to the nurse who helped us. They are truly amazing! Every time I’ve reached out with questions or concerns, they take the time to explain everything clearly and kindly. You can tell they really know their stuff and genuinely care about their clients. It makes such a difference to feel heard and supported, and the entire team has been wonderful. They truly made a positive impact during the care process.

The facility provides outstanding care for seniors. The staff is professional, attentive, and genuinely compassionate. They always respond quickly and approach both residents and families with warmth and respect. Without a doubt, a place you can fully trust for excellent care.

The stay at the facility has been very positive. We had a few adjustments at first, but once we got into the routine everything flowed smoothly. My family member was recovering from surgery and spent a couple of weeks here before being able to return home. The staff was attentive and supportive the entire time, making the experience as comfortable and reassuring as possible.

I feel very confident in the care my family member receives here. The staff is attentive and always makes sure every concern is addressed. They take the time to understand the needs and provide support that truly makes a difference. Knowing my loved one is in such capable hands gives me real peace of mind.

My Dad was placed at Medford Multicare about 6 yrs ago. The care he received was amazing. The staff didnt just care for him, they loved him! Our family appreciated the love that was shown to my Dad. I want to give recognition to some of the staff that made an impact not only on my Dad's life but on mine too. There have been so many people that I have been in contact with, through the years, who always went above and beyond. In no particular order CNA's Janet, Trevika, Abby and Roslyn. Nurses Andrea, Amos, and Bill, Daytime nurse supervisor Sam they were the frontline who gave my dad so much attention. Nurse practitioner Lisa who was always there for me, Kaleigh in medical records who showed my Dad so much love, Heather and John in Administration who, on the rare occasion that there were any concerns, would immediately address them. Carol the Medicaid coordinator who helped me countless times dealing with the emmett's paperwork, Wendy who always checked to see how my Dad was doing when he was in the hospital and Patrick at the desk who always gave me a pleasent greeting. I hope I did not miss anyone, my point is everyone there that I had the pleasure of dealing with were amazing!! I highly recommend Medford Multicare if you need to place your loved one in a care facility.
