I found ER Automotive by chance when I needed a mechanic in the Medford area. From the first phone call, Ed was very helpful and knowledgeable. When I bought the car in, Ed and Mike were very thorough and explained items in detail. If I am in that area again and need mechanic work, I will definitely go back to them!

Ed at ER Automotive and the crew really know their stuff. I had my car for a Secondary Airflow problem that needed to get fixed in order to pass inspection.I had my car at another mechanic shop in which they had my car for almost a month and could not figure out the problem. I took my car out of there and brought my car to ER Automotive on a Monday morning at 8am and ER Auto had my car fixed by the end of the day. I still had to drive my car for a series of miles including turning my car on and off in order for the OBD to reset for inspection. The next day I was able to come back and my car passed inspection. Thank you Ed. I really appreciate the communication of keeping me in the loop through the whole process and helping me get back up and running..

Very experienced and competent and most of all fair. Replaced a/c and radiator 3 yrs ago, since then brakes, battery, tires, inspections, oil changes always done right at reasonable cost.
