SERVPRO of Medford

I was recommended to Servepro of Medford from my insurance company after a large tree limb fell and went right through the roof of my backyard shed and did damage to some of the siding and the roof. Juan Gutierrez came from Servpro to evaluate and give us an estimate. He was very prompt, courteous and professional, and when his team came to do the work, they contacted us through every phase and Aaron who delivered the supplies was also very respectful and always arrived on time. The team finished the project in half a day and the result was excellent. I would definitely recommend them.

Mr. Chris Rojas from Servpro of Medford has been patiently walking us through the process of restoration after our house fire. The fire itself was beyond devastating and the restoration is so much more complex than we knew. He not only answers all our questions and all our phone calls but he also really understands how hard this is to recover from. If you ever have something as devastating as a house fire make sure you get Mr. Rojas because he never rushed me off the phone and always answers all our questions honestly. You are in good hands if you have him helping you through restoration.

Very professional and courteous. They did a great job resolving damage from a water leak. They did the dry-out to drywall replacement and painting. Even matched a custom paint color! Thanks for restoring as good as new!

We had an excellent experience with SERVPRO of Medford. We had our floors on the first floor refinished as well as our basement drywall replaced after we suffered a big flood in our kitchen. Juan and his team did an excellent job restoring our home to like-new condition. Communication was good through the entire process. The team worked very quickly and efficiently, and were done with the entire project in less than a week, several days faster than anticipated. They took great care to treat our home with respect and were very careful with our furniture and belongings. The cleanup was quick and efficient as well. Our floors were spotless afterwards and our ceilings and walls finished like new. I would definitely recommend Juan and his team at SERVPRO. Great job guys!
