I have been with VEO since 2017 and am beyond pleased with their services (they do my heating and central A/C). Their service guys definitely know their stuff and are really honest. When my A/C unit stopped working, they could have sold me an entire unit, but instead suggested that I just replace the motor and it's worked ever since. Another time, it was just the capacitor (couple bucks). Their propane delivery service is also stellar. I have a steep driveway and they somehow always manage to deliver; they even work with my snowplow guys. Their propane contracts are always below market. Dependable, dependable, dependable. I wish all of my other services were of this quality. Thank you.

Mike Senior and the boys at VEO took care of the Federation for the Homeless today. They were on time their work was seamless and they didn’t leave till we were up and rolling and heat was plentiful. Big job they made it seem easy. Their Customerservice can’t be beat.

We had a boiler emergency late last night and suddenly had no heat and no hot water, which is about as stressful as it gets — especially when it’s cold out. They responded so quickly it honestly felt like a miracle.

The technician showed up calm, friendly, and completely on top of things. He got our heat and hot water back on fast and made sure everything was working before he left. The relief we felt cannot be overstated.

We are beyond grateful for the quick response and genuine care. This company truly shows up when you need them most. Highly, highly recommend.

We had an issue with no hot water and put in a call to VEO. My husband is an experienced plumber that has serviced commercial buildings (we did not have the parts) and was highly impressed that brothers Jimmy and Mike Jr rebuilt our oil burner and serviced it with expertise. Couldn't be happier with the service they provided.
