Dr. Achebe has cared for my whole family since the passing away of Dr. Polanski many years ago. He is a doctor who sincerely listens to what you are saying and never do you feel rushed by him or the staff. Speaking of the staff…Rosemarie and Nicole are just the best! The are and always have been courteous and respectful, always willing to help with any questions you may have and they can be quite funny at times and I find that necessary in that type of office setting! What can I say other than they carry on the hometown style and you are made very welcomed there!
I had previously rated this office a 5, but I have to beg for my prescriptions to be called in each month and it never gets done. I go without my prescriptions each month because the office always promises to call them in and they never do. I would not recommend this office if you need any prescriptions. I gave a 2 only because they are nice, but I can’t rate any higher because I never get prescriptions filled on time.
I love going to see Dr. George Achebe, I love the office atmosphere it makes me comfortable like a town Doctors office like when I was growing up. And to have a very good family doctor is what I am all about. I don't like feeling like a buck being passed along to several doctors for the same illness. I do not feel like that here. Dr. Achebe is literally the only doctor I have been to that cares about his patients and works with them. He is highly recommended. His staff is amazing and always pleasant!
