Had my first visit last week and had my wellness check up. The entire staff was involved and were involved, professional, kind, understanding, and sensitive to my needs. I learned some new things for my age, 73, and felt well taken care of. Just moved to the area about 3 months ago and I'm so relieved to have gone there to switch my primary and specialist doctors. The Dr. very thorough and attentive.
I have quite an issue with my ears right now so I am trying her suggestions.
I am not an easy patient - it is hard for me to understand what is going on & explain years of sinus issues & lately ear issues. She took her time and tried to explain things to me. I was happy and hopeful ~ I drove an hour for this appointment. That is how highly Dr. New land- Pagan was recommended.
The receptionist, Yvonne, was helpful & pleasant also.
