Arrel Cycles

I'm passionate about supporting small local businesses, and set out to find a bike shop near my home, experienced with Harleys to keep my 2008 Road King on the road. I found Arrel Cycles via Google, spoke with Rob, the owner, about my ABS brakes issue, and he seemed to really know his stuff so I set an appointment. Not only did he fix my bike, but pointed out that my pads were nearly worn thru, and front tire had dry rot cracks (I bought the bike 4yrs ago and it hadn't been ridden much 3yrs before that). Rob does all the work himself, is an expert in his craft, and is a quality human being. It may take a few days to get in, but it is totally worth the wait. Call him up. You will not be disappointed.

I was pleased how Rob addressed my concerns about his cost. My mistake for not knowing or even asking about the cost prior to dropping off my rim and tire to be changed.
The tube stem was, as he showed me when I picked it up this morning, very corroded and therefore needed to be replaced (my bad for presuming motorcycles have tubeless tires).
When I spoke to him about his charge being greater than my cost for the tire, he eased my concerns and we negotiated a price that I think is fair.
He's a very personable guy,... yeah, I'd hang with him.

Rob was very knowledgeable abt both my motorcycle 🏍 , the brother did both my motorcycle within 3 days and it was done correctly. I was pleased with the conversation abt different riding skills I'm going to continue doing business with arrel cycle and I'm going to make sure tht my people's support.
