If I could give them a million stars I would. Chuck and his crew are great. I use them at one of my properties for all exterior maintenance- from grass cutting, snow removal, irrigation, pond Maintenace, you name it, they can handle it. Not only can they handle it but the professionalism and quick response time and service is top tier. Chuck the owner is so involved that you can text him and literally within seconds he’ll respond d and have a crew sent out in an hour with machine a laborers. I’ve asked him to give me a hand last
Minute for a property tour needed the entrances leaf blower, the guys were there right away, needed help moving a mountain of snow , he’s sent someone out with a machine and help to move it. If you care about your investment I’d highly recommend using chuck with Autumn Hill, great service and all his staff that I’ve dealt with or encountered all have been just as helpful and responsive as well. Chuck’s not the only one I bother! lol!

Autumn Hill did an admirable job during this difficult storm. They managed through all the issues and were very communicative throughout the process. Many residents sent complimentary and thankful emails. They made a difficult experience manageable.

UPDATE: increased to 2 stars. The owner came by personally to try to come up with a resolution. Will update again if a solution is found.
They were hired by our HOA and repeatedly spray our lawn with poisons and chemicals completely ignoring opt-out lists.
To make matters worse, they don't even contact homeowners after a complaint is made. They do not care about their customers or reputation.
