I am a self admitted Latino food snob being a Puerto Rican and it being my favorite kind of food. It has probably been DECADES since I have had food this excellent. The homemade black bean dip with chips, the homemade chorizo torta with jalapeños & chipotle, the fresca crema cake and the portions were SO HUGE we couldn’t even get to the chimichanga. I can’t wait to eat it at home. The guy who owns the place was SO sweet to us, amazing conversation, great with all of our questions about the food & asking for special mixed fruit drinks (try the pineapple and mango juice together). And we found out he’ll be selling homemade wine in the summer! If the wine is anything like the food and drink it will be the best wine you’ve ever had. I CANNOT wait to go back. Oh and lastly the price??? I haven’t had cheaper food since 1990.
If I could give this place 100/100 I would. Incredible in every way.
I had an amazing experience at El Paisa Restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious and incredibly fresh, and the service was warm, friendly, and attentive. I truly love supporting local restaurants, and if you feel the same way, I highly recommend visiting El Paisa. Every visit helps them grow, and I’m sure they’ll truly appreciate your support. A fantastic spot that deserves all the love!
Super friendly staff. Food was absolutely amazing. Genuine, fresh, healthy portions. The place is small. Looks dumpy from the outside but is nice once you are in the building. Not luxurious but again, the food!! Totally making this place a regular stop.
I found it. This is it. THIS is THE place. I'm in the restaurant having a heavenly experience as I am blessed to have this glorious food enter my body. Consider me a new regular
Came across this restaurant accidentally. I checked reviews and read good things about this restaurant so I gave it a try. I ordered the Bistek Ala Mexicano which is my usual order when trying a new Mexican restaurant. I was not disappointed and was very happy with the taste & portion size. Had the chance to chat with the owner, Diego, who was very knowledgeable of the dishes they serve. Definitely going back to this restaurant & highly recommend this place
