I had a really pleasant stay at this motel in Bucks County. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a good night’s rest. The bed was surprisingly comfy, and I slept better than I expected for the price point.

My fiance and I are staying there and now and we have an apartment which is pretty big but still not worth not worth the $1,400 we are spending a month. The water is well water and not treated and you will get dysentery if you drink it. We had to take an oven from another room and clean every square inch of the place. We did some side work for them and not trying to pay what it's worth. I got poison ivy insanely bad doing some of that work. And the manager is always trying to spike up the rent or scare me into having the pay more. They want to act like we are staying at the motel but then also act like we are renting an apartment. Well it's one or the other. But there was no first last and security and he got his right in and there are grocery stores and laundromats not too far away so that's pretty sweet other than that it's a no no.
The fellows that run the Country House Motel are genuinely pleasant. The air-conditioner and television in the room I was in worked fine. There were towels, running water, and very nice flowers planted outside, too. I do not know if ALL the rooms are for smokers, but they probably are, so be prepared to wash all your clothing and any bedding you might bring into the room, unless you like that smell. All in all, a good deal.
