I have been training at March Forth for the past 4+ months and can’t recommend it enough. There is only one trainer, Kevin, and he is fantastic at developing a fitness plan for you and helping you be consistent with it. He is well qualified and used to work at Rutgers doing strength and conditioning for their student athletes.
The main things I appreciate about March Forth are:
1. Flexibility: Kevin completely understands that life happens. There is no issue when I can’t make a session because my child is sick, and Kevin is always willing to reschedule.
2. Personalized: My spouse and I do semi-private sessions with Kevin, and he has separate plans for both of us – my spouse does olympic weightlifting while I do a more standard workout. My spouse also travels a lot and he provides workout plans for hotel gyms during these trips.
3. Growth: Kevin meets you where you’re at while helping you improve. I had rarely worked out at a gym previously and felt intimidated by barbell workouts. Kevin started me out slowly with accessible kettlebell workouts and we worked up to bench presses, various squats, and deadlifts with the barbell. I now feel I’m in a position where I could go to a gym and do workouts with the barbell.
4. Fun: Kevin keeps sessions lighthearted and always has something to talk about. Sometimes his kids stop by too, which is fun.
Working with Kevin has been a great way to build strength and find consistency in my workouts. Kevin is great at planning my weekly workouts and giving guidance for home exercise. I highly recommend March Forth Training!
I’ve been working with Kevin for almost a year now and I’ve gotten so much stronger. He plans the workouts to fit your specific needs and goals and goes at a pace that is attainable and sustainable. He is also so great at working with your schedule (coming from a full-time working mom of a toddler). It’s been so great and I feel really accomplished each week after our workouts. I highly recommend Kevin as a personal trainer.

I've been training with Kevin since early January. March Forth has improved my core which has helped with my lower back issues, balance and overall body structure .It has exceeded my expectations and is well worth the work.
