A very friendly and welcoming environment. Along with every piece of weight equipment you can imagine, they have many classes which I find to be very enjoyable. Simply fit helped me to get started on my weight loss and physical fitness journey. I'm feeling great and moving forward! I would highly recommend Simply Fit.
SimplyFit is hands down the best gym experience in the area. The price / details side is incredibly customer-friendly and fair, and the gym manager Doug is one of the best people you will meet. I rarely give google reviews and tend to save them for truly exceptional businesses, and I can confidently say that Doug and team have provided an exceptional service for me.
I have no negatives about my experience and I'm sad to be ending my membership because I'm moving out of the area. Best of luck to Doug and team! If you are on the fence about joining this gym, don't wait another day.
Simply Fit is an amazing gym operated by genuinely kind, good people. Doug and team have created an awesome space; equipment is always clean and well-maintained, hours are great, and you always feel like you're welcome. I would give them 6/5 stars if I could.
I couldn't be happier that I joined Simply Fit. Doug is an excellent trainer, who makes exercise fun (and, in the past, those last two words would never have been next to each other!) Every training session I've left feeling that I've been pushed, but not beyond my limits. After just two weeks I was already noticing the difference. If you want to feel healthier, stronger etc then I couldn't recommend Simply Fit, Doug and his team more.
I've truly enjoyed every session with Doug! The Total Body Strength and Functional Interval Training workouts are amazing that may help to build endurance and strength. The mix of cardio & core sessions keeps things challenging and fun, and FIT classes are always intense in the best way. Yoga has been the perfect balance to it all—relaxing yet effective. Thank you for creating such a well-rounded and motivating workout routine. Your guidance and energy make a huge difference!
