In 2018, we started orthodontic treatment for our daughter, who was 8 at the time. We chose a local orthodontist. "C" had an expander for a few years, then braces. At the end of her "treatment," the orthodontist told us the ONLY way to achieve more space and straighter teeth in our daughter's mouth was to have jaw surgery (break her jaw); she was 13. No other option was given; I was told I was making a big mistake by the orthodontist for not having her get the surgery. We were disappointed that we had spent the last 5 years and $10k to not have the desired outcome or even anything close.

We decided to go for a second opinion. Dr. Baurmash knew immediately how to fix our daughters ' bite and teeth (and guess what?! She didn't suggest breaking our little girl's jaw and wiring it shut for 6 weeks). She showed so much empathy for what we experienced with our first orthodontic experience. She made us feel hopeful again and told us what the new plan was. Because of our daughters age she required an expander that screwed into the roof of the mouth, there was a noticeable difference within a week. The expander came out in 3 months. Dr. B put on new braces; the set from the previous Ortho was archaic, and the rubber bands would not attach to them. After 1 year with Dr. B our girl got her braces off today! It has been a journey, but Dr. B and her amazing staff helped us through it. We are so grateful for them!

If you made it this far, thank you! So, what made the difference in treatment plans?? Dr. Baurmash's techniques are progressive, and her office is state-of-the-art. Dr. B and her staff know what they are doing and want to achieve the best outcomes for their patients. We are moving to NC, but because we love this practice so much, we will continue checkups with them when we visit NJ.

I love it since I found this place to take my daughters for a checkup and treatment. It was the best decision I could make. They are super attentive to you, they explain all the processes that your little ones need, everything is very well equipped so that our little ones are comfortable, it is the best. And if you don't know how to speak English, no problem. There is someone who speaks Spanish who explains the procedures to you without problem and with kindness. Everyone is super friendly and does an excellent job. 100% recommended.

I took my five young children to the dentist last week, and they had a wonderful time. There were plenty of toys and TV shows to keep them occupied while they took turns getting cleaned and checked. The staff were friendly, and I'm grateful they were able to accommodate seeing all five children at once.

I took my daughter in for an emergency appointment. I called at 9:40 and we got offered an appointment for the same day being I was so concerned for my child. They were very accommodating, nice and understanding! They made her feel so comfortable and she loved the FREE toy machines at the end of her visit. She’s normally screaming, crying and so so afraid of the dentist.

The office is beautiful, kid friendly, they have iPads, toys, a “Photo Booth” costumes and so much more to keep the kids occupied while waiting. (The wait was not long at all) I 100000% definitely recommend taking your child here!

Thank you to all of the staff from the front desk to the girls in the back. EVERY SINGLE worker went above and beyond for us. We won’t be going anywhere else from now on. ♥️♥️♥️♥️
