Very pretty wooded area. The trails are well marked.
The Five Mile Woods Preserve is a County Park in Bucks County-PA. It has hiking trails for a moderate two miles. It gives you a 108-foot gain in elevation. It is open to hikers of all abilities and ages.
I've been hitting these woods for the past 16 years and know the trails inside and out. There's a lot of cool things to see and we frequently come across wildlife on the trails. The trails can be a bit rough and only a small section is wheelchair accessible, but if you're limber enough, it's a great time
Love it, will go back as it turned dark while I was there. Too bad the wooden trail ends. I saw some deer and took some great shots of different mushrooms
Love this spot to hike and loop together the trails. Usually pretty quiet and drains well, too.
Sadly it’s closed during hunting season and isn’t posted online - so found these signs (pictured) when I arrived.
