Great atmosphere, excellent staff & reception. Quick appointments are a plus, don’t have to wait and be here for an hour or more which is convenient for all my other daily appointments.

I had a very pleasant visit. They were all very professional, friendly and courteous. And I love their HOYA VINE in the front window...

When I arrived at the Langhorne location I was greeted and made to feel welcomed. The receptionist (Her name was Kristina or Christina) was pleasant and had a warmth about her. I needed a new leg and LaWall got me back on my feet with prosthetic leg. The staff were friendly and patient with me. Yeah, baby, I like LaWall.

Kinda disappointed as I used them all the time on Frankford Ave for my patients. They don't even pick up here , she sometimes puts it directly into voicemail, no biggie.
But I have a few people who don't like it here . Just that everyone was stand-offish and didn't explain anything. I had sort of the same experience. No one called me back and left a message. Although it says they did once. Soooo would you call me back again? Or not? A good week went by...
For a lot of the elderly people, I know I had no clue how it all went and I assumed they delivered the equipment but you have to go in and pick it up. I guess each person is different....
Wish it stayed a mom/pop shop and I would have gladly went to Frankford Ave. The people there at one time were Amazing 🤩
