Just good people there. Dunno much about pricing on jewelry but they have repaired a few pieces for me and I will say their knowledge on antique jewelry is very impressive. Dawn is great. I will get the rest of your names later.

We were recommended to Michaels Jewelers and they did not disappoint! I was in the market for a different wedding band, as I did not like my original ring purchased elsewhere. Since we are local to this location, we stopped by without an appointment. The store was busy but everyone was being serviced. We worked with Adrianne who was absolutely amazing. She truly had an eye for detail and listened to exactly what I wanted. I am in love with my new wedding band. Since it was already in my size, I was able to take it home that day. She even polished my engagement ring!
Buying diamonds can be a big deal, but we left feeling like family. I truly will never go elsewhere again.

I dropped off three very important pieces of Jewelry to Michaels.
The first was my white gold sapphire and diamond engagement ring that has baguette diamonds going down each side of the ring. The ring needed to be resized from a size 8 to little than a size 6. I wasn't sure they were even going to be able to do it because of the baguettes going down each side of the ring. Not only did they do it, you can't even tell where it was done! The ring looks flawless!
The next two rings were my Mother's diamond engagement ring and her diamond wedding band. These rings are also white gold. The bands were so thin that I didn't want to wear them because I was afraid they would break and I would lose them The prongs that held the diamonds in were also mostly broken. These were very smaller diamonds and the rings themselves are over 80 years old, worn on my mom's left ring finger most of that time. Miraculously none of the diamonds were lost! Michaels were able to reset all the diamonds back into prongs that would hold them securely, doing that repair flawlessly as well. They gave them a great cleaning, actually cleaned all the jewelry, and because the rings were so thin, they were able to secure them together with white gold, thickening the bands so now they are one beautiful ring that I can wear securely, without worry of losing diamonds or breaking/losing them. I am beyond thrilled with the work that they put into these three pieces of jewelry. I really don't have a lot of jewelry that's precious to me, it was hard leaving them there, but I am so grateful that they were able to do the work that enabled me to now be able to wear them. Thank you so much Michaels, not only were the repairs done beyond my expectation, but the costs associated with the repairs were also insanely reasonable. You have made a customer for life out of me! I can't wait to visit you in your new store location. Good luck on the move and thank you again so much from the bottom of my heart.

Finally getting a chance to leave my review and I’m pleased to say that Michael’s Jewelry Store is a place that will receive my repeat business! From start of finish their service was prompt and professional. I was given detailed explanations to each question I had and provided the space and time to make each decision without pressure, when designing my fiancé’s engagement ring. Michael's Jewelers crafted a stunning ring from my vision, combining my wedding and engagement rings with my late husband's band and his birthstone opal from the first ring he ever gave me. The filigree design features hearts, with the opal shining next to my diamond. Dawn was on top of the many changes I made until we got it right, Thank you, Dawn. Michael's Jewelers added a special touch by setting a piece of my husband gold band into one of the hearts on the palm side, making it even more meaningful. I'm absolutely in love with it - Thank you, Michael's Jewelers!
