All and all it was a good experience. The staff was very friendly. However I had to help folks while i was waiting by the ticket machines. Maybe make it a little more clear which 1 to take 1st.(blue or yellow).

I had to renew my PA drivers licence. I found out the times of the month they at not too busy, the documents I had to bring with me, their business hours. The staff was extremely helpful and very polite. The whole process probably took me no longer than a half hour .
I was in and out at this location. Went for my motorcycle learners permit. Had an issue that arose from the state of NJ, but that has since been taken care of and the gentleman helping me, at this location, gave me the right instructions on how to take care of the error. Everyone was expectedly laconic and I appreciate such an unbiased approach to service
