We are local homeowners in Milford, PA. We hired Professional Grade to repair 20 plus year old drywall in our Great Room (16 foot ceilings), paint the walls, ceiling and trim, and replace carpet with hardwood. The work was done when promised, with plenty of hard-working professionals arriving promptly each morning. We are very pleased with the results and plan to use them to do additional rooms next year.

Professional Grade's work was fast and their front office was especially excellent. Friendly and responsive communication throughout the process so we knew what to expect. The project manager, Casey, was very knowledgeable and thorough. We had roof replaced and work to combine garage doors into one. Roof was replaced over two days but that was mostly due to poor weather.
Professional Grade replaced our roof and stripped and stained our deck in 2023, and we were extremely happy with both jobs! They communicated at every step of the processes and their crews were friendly and a pleasure to work with. We got many quotes for each job and their prices were competitive if not outright the best.
Our deck in particular was a herculean task, with a mix of new and old wood and a lot of leftover, deeply embedded stain from the previous owners. What they accomplished given what they had to work with was remarkable.
