Service is friendly and good. Have had a Rainsoft EC4 (acid neutralizer, softener and RO system) for 10 years now. Original system was pricey but they support it good. Service usually arrives during estimate or slightly early. Last time they had to come later than the appointment window but they kept me informed of the tech being behind and made sure I was okay with them coming later.

This week, PWS installed the Carbon, RO, & Alkali filters and the water softening system for our home. We were alarmed by the realization of the levels of PFAS reported by our municipal water authority. We’re expecting our first grandchild in a few months: and, clean, safe water is a must.

Shane came out and tested our water, explained the results, and educated us on available options to solve our water problems. He was polite, respectful, & patiently explained our options. The next day, Tom installed the system. He was neat, clean, and pleasant; and, he made sure he left the areas in which he worked cleaner and neater than he found them.

The experience was overall outstanding. Shane took the time to hear our concerns, and PWS worked with us to identify a reasonably priced system that met our needs. Shane and his colleagues at PWS were all extremely knowledgeable, well-mannered, pleasant, and patient. We asked lots of questions which were all addressed thoroughly.

These folks are professionals, experts, highly competent, and nice people. We love our Rainsoft system. Our skin feels more healthy, clean, & smooth. Our drinking water is pure and clean. Our pregnant daughter visited this weekend; we felt so much better with her drinking and using the water. I recommend PWS and Rainsoft highly! They are fantastic!
