I wish the community would continue to be educated by the Church at least yearly. I myself could use it. As a child I have been taught then when that Tabernacle opens you stop what you are doing and either stop, genuflect but you don't speak. But when I opened the Tabernacle today I was shocked when a group of elderly people continued to talk about their birthday, etc. This is a time for Reverance. No matter your age. And
Education should be continuing even after High School, Grade school and College. We need to educate ourselves. It is our responsibility as Catholics. It is up to us to teach the next generation. But I would hope past generations such as myself would know this.
On another note I hope Mary Uhlman found her perfect church below on the reviews. Instead of complaining about the music why don't you make suggestions or join the choir as I'm sure with all the air you have they could use it in the choir! They are always looking for new singers. I'm sure you could approach our wonderful choir about the choir choices rather than giving our Phenomenal church a 1 star for a lousy song that you do not enjoy. We hope here at St. John's you found your perfect parish minus your Table of Plenty song.
Each time I hear the Gospel delivered by your Priests it touches my soul and I truly understand the words of GOD. Thanks to all there who make possible for us to reborn each time we listen GOS's messages through you. I also want to thank to all the parishoners for their kindness and friendship.
The church is a beautiful, welcoming space. The community shares the sign of peace with smiles and a genuine feeling of warmth. I love the cantors. They are very talented as well as the musicians who accompany the cantors.
The great people at this church do a good deed every month and feed the poor and homeless of bucks county. They make sure no one goes away hungry. They do not ask for anything in return and volunteer their time too. The church property is huge several buildings and some neat statues to look at on the grounds.
This church is the best church I've ever been too. I was baptized here by Monsignor Prior and I could not have asked for a better priest to be baptized and brought into the church by. Sr. Mary Ellen taught me a great deal about the Catholic religion and she is a very compassionate and caring person. Monsignor Ricci is an amazing priest and is very faithful to God and the church. God Bless
