I am not a fan of German cars, but I inherited a B5 Passat several years back that was being badly serviced by a VW dealer. With Terry as my mechanic, I'm quite happy with this car. If he weren't around, I would not keep the car. That is how much I respect Terry's honesty and competence.

Call the guy on the phone, make an appointment in advance, and you'll be satisfied when you get your car back. He's a one man crew, so there are a few services he will not perform anymore, but he will be able to make recommendations. He doesn't beat around the bush and will tell you how it is.
