Friendly staff. First time I was there and I felt like I had been going there for years. The valet ride service is a nice touch. Felt comfortable that they knew what they were doing with my GLC63. They reviewed my Mercedes service records and didn’t perform any unnecessary work . Left my car as clean as I brought it in. I’ll definitely be going there from now on.

I can’t say enough good things about Glenwood! I’ve been taking all of my cars there for years and would say, if anything, the service has gotten even better since the change in ownership a few years ago. They are knowledgeable, take the time to explain everything, prices are very reasonable, and they never try to “upsell” you to do things that aren’t necessary (and always give you a “heads up” about anything that is likely to need to be done in the future). At my most recent visit, my car needed a lot of work, and Carlos was very patient and thorough, and understanding of my current situation. Everyone there is polite, professional, helpful, and accommodating to your needs whenever possible—just an all-around great place, and I highly recommend!
