I was not in a particularly happy mood. Karen is accepting of where her patients are coming from physically and emotionally. Karen's logical AND intuitive understanding of my condition, her wisdom and her patience, and the expert care I also received from Vincent and Evan--gave me back my mobility and my optimism. I started a running routine and after running pavement and a steep hill I had a painful right knee and could hardly walk I went to the hospital for xrays and a ct.scan which did not show anything the dr. gave me acortizone shot but I was still in so much pain I called Access PT and got a appointment with Karen she evaluated me and really listened to me. Karen felt that all my knee pain was because of a pinched nerve in my lower back she had me do some exercises and almost immediately I got some relief in my knee! After a few sessions with Karen I had a major breakthrough with my knee and could walk normal again with no pain. Karen is fantastic she really listens and understands the body and she is so compassionate and nice. Everyone at Access is nice and welcoming I am so happy to have found Karen she is a super great Physical therapist and above all Karen is a great person who really takes the time to listen and help you she is amazing.
