Ansonia Seymour never fails to disappoint. I’m forever grateful that Dr. Adam did everything he could for my dog Garrapata. The staff here is so friendly. They truly were supportive and kept telling me to keep them updated on my dog which ended up passing away a few hours ago. Thank you so much for treating my girl with kindness today. I highly recommend this place. I also take my cats here and my cats enjoy it!! I know that Dr. Adam did everything he could and my poor girl just wasn’t going to get any better so the best option was to put her down. Again very thankful for everything they do here. Only place I trust with my babies.

Updated review - I received a call yesterday from the Practice Manager. He was extremely apologetic and explained why I did not get a call back. While he took the time to explain what happened, at the same time he did not make any excuses for what happened and acknowledged that they should have done better. He offered a complementary visit for Oliver should we need it. That says a lot their values as a service provider. Thank you for following up and going out of your way to make this right.

I reached out to Seymour Ansonia Veterinary Hospital to get a second opinion on a problem we were having with our dog. We had previously taken him there when we lived in the area. We would have happily traveled back to the area for care if it were necessary . I spoke to the girl who answered the phone went and over all of the information that I had and was looking for the best guidance on how to treat him. She seemed genuinely concerned about Oliver and his condition, she said she was going to speak with the doctors and get back to me with recommendations. Sadly I never received a call back. I felt like my concerns were completely ignored and no one really cared about our situation. Extremely disappointed with the experience.

Just recently adopted a puppy and had to get started. From my first call, to the first visit, everyone at ASVH was extremely friendly, helpful, and provided great guidance on the 911 on puppies. The service is always timely and great follow up.

Dr. Adam and the rest of the staff at Ansonia Seymour Vet are the best. Kind, caring and compassionate. They greet you and your furry sidekick with warm smiles and great attitudes. Dr. Adam is through in his explanations and always makes sure you understand the process, procedure or medications you are getting. His assistants are always there for further help if needed. Overall I would be comfortable telling anyone to take their furry sidekick there!

Always greeted with smiles at the front desk, Kat and Lynn are very knowledgeable and super friendly. Dr.Pooja, is amazing she spends as much time as needed to answer all my questions. Dr. Adam performed Ella’s surgery and he did an excellent job. Can hardly see her scar. Love this practice they are always go out of their way to get me in when needed and provide the best care for my Ella. They make you feel like part of the family. The pricing is fair and I highly recommend using Ansonia Seymour Veterinary Hospital to take care of your pets.
