I have been so pleased with the service I get done by Mark at Auto Pro. He is such a nice guy but his honesty and integrity is just unbelievable in today's world. Hard to find. At one of my services, he quoted me a price and then when I went to pick up my car with the quoted amount he gave me money back and said that the job didn't take as long as he thought it would. I would have never known the difference, but he did it because he is that kind of guy. Two days before Thanksgiving I ran to him because my window would not go back up. I was in a panic because I don't have a garage to park my car in for the rain we were expecting the next day. He took my car, drove me home, ordered my part and called me the next morning and said it was all fixed. He knew that with the holiday I was going to be stuck otherwise. He really went out of his way for me. I am amazed. I have been and will always take my car to him for repairs with no hesitations and I have even been telling all my friends about each and everyone of my experiences there.
