I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! Someone accidentally bumped into my front bumper, and I was referred to Pirro’s Auto. The communication was fantastic, and they kept me updated throughout the whole process. They really went the extra mile to ensure my car was in perfect shape when I picked it up. I would absolutely return to Pirro’s Auto if I ever need assistance again!

I smashed up the front end of my Ford Escape pretty well and reached out to several shops. Pirro's Auto got back to me within minutes and was very responsive and communicated very well during the whole repair process. They worked well with my insurance and even did extra time on my car to get it back to me as fast as they could, they knew I was walking to work and didn't want me walking in the CT winter. 10/10 recommend! If I need anything again in the future. I will 100% be coming back to Pirro's Auto.

Pirro's Auto completed body work on my car after an accident. They were extremely knowledgeable, kept me updated on progress, and handled communication with the insurance company so I did not have to. Very happy with the repairs on my car - it looks brand new. Highly recommend!
