I was stuck on a Saturday morning and looked online for help. I was in a desperate state. Illir came immediately and repaired my car in about 2 hours and I was back on the road ASAP. He charged me half the amount for parts that the parts store charges regular customers. I couldn't have been happier with the job he did. It was the starter. My car starts better now that it ever has.
We were 2 hours from home at 5pm on a Sunday (Father’s Day) and he was willing to take a look at our car immediately. He solved the problem and also offered us cold water and cherries from his cherry tree. He saved the day!
I went to middlebury Suburu because my car 2015 Suburu crosstreck was making the noise and I wanted them to replace the heat shield. After they took a look at everything they wanted to charge me $2090. For new breaks & break pads . Replace License plate light and two lights On the driver side and two lights on the Passenger side. They said I needed a new belt and air filter, brake fluid flush & PVC replacement. So end up leaving calling auto surfaces and he took me right away. He only charged me $200 for labor and it only cost me $344 for all the brake pads and brakes. He he replaced all the lightbulbs for free. He checked the driver belt and the engine air filter and he said they were perfectly fine so the dealership basically lied to me. I highly recommend them and stay away from premium Middleberry Subaru. They are crooks.
