Some of the nicest people I have ever dealt with. Stacy and Brian in the office were so helpful. I couldn't be happier. Definitely will use again when I need a tow. Thank you again for such an easy transaction and for the great customer service.

I recently had the pleasure of being a customer and I can say I was greatly satisfied!! They were quick, efficient and my car looks like nothing ever happened(as it should). I don’t think there is enough room on this for me to write how much I appreciate everyone at this business. The day I dropped my car off I had an issue with the car rental place where I was left without a car for hours. With that being said, not only did Stacy call the insurance adjuster to have them reach out to a different rental car company to make sure I had a vehicle to drive, but they kept me updated with my car every step of the way and was done in days. I came and picked my car up and not only did they do a great job with the repairs, but they even washed, and detailed the inside and outside of my car! You guys are amazing, and thank you for helping me through a very stressful process!

Someone changed lanes into my vehicle recently, doing very slight damage (just a scratch). I brought my truck in because Autoworks did a fantastic job repairing my previous truck that someone else again sideswiped me with. Yes that's right, 2 of my trucks have been hit from somebody changing lanes into me. Anyway the 1st truck had some significant damage to the passenger door. Autoworks reskinned the door and painted the whole side of the truck. If you hadn't known it was damaged, you could never tell. They did an outstanding job, and the truck was beautiful!!! So when my new truck was hit, I knew just where to bring it, Autoworks in Seymour. The tech looked at the damage, and said 'hold on, I'll be right back', when he came back out he had a rag and some liquid, and wiped the scratch right off and said 'you're all set'. I couldn't believe it! Awesome! I thanked him and said I would give them the best possible review I could. So here I am, and this is my story about Autoworks collision center. If I could give 10 stars I would. These guys and gals work very hard and deserve every bit of it! A special thank you to Stacey, the guy with the rag, not sure of his name (sorry) and all the great folks there. I hope to not have anybody run into me, but if I do, I'll be back!
