Kara has been so great to work with- professional and responsive! My home insurance went up after a few years and she was able to lower it significantly. I didn’t have to do anything. So thankful for Kara at B&B!! I got dropped by my home insurance because I took out two claims in one year and I went full panic mode. I called B&B and Kara handled EVERYTHING! She found me a new insurance company that was even cheaper than the one that dropped me (so it turned out to be a blessing in disguise) She made all the phone calls and issued the payments - it was so quick and easy and I didn't have to talk to anyone but her. Such a refreshing experience to not have to deal with a ton of back and forth especially when I was so nervous about being dropped. Truly the best around!!
