I’ve been buying pellets and having them delivered for going on nine years now. Every time I call this company, I’m treated respectfully, and I can ask any questions I want. I have always been pleasantly assisted.
The biggest reason for my review is the delivery driver. I forgot his name, but his close-cropped hair and bald head will allow the owner to recognize him and the courtesy he consistently shows. I have never once heard him complain about where to place the pallets, no matter how much of a challenge it may have been.
I truly hope management receives this review and recognizes the effort this delivery driver puts in, especially since he deals directly with customers. Please make sure employees like this are well taken care of they are few and far between.
I can’t say enough to customers: treat these guys with respect. They are professional and are definitely a company I enjoy doing business with.

Great selection of pellets and bricks for you fireplace, stove, pellet stove or grill. So popular they run out of things quickly. Don't buy a bag, buy a pallet.

This place is absolutely fantastic! The staff is great and super friendly. Very fast service. I drive from Seymour just to get wood stove pellets from them. Very easy to find and I would never go anyplace else for pellets. Thank you B.T. Enterprises for making our winters warm.
