I was very fortunate to work with Sean Greger while searching for my new home. I had high expectations for my new home and in a very dynamic housing market. Sean was so quick to schedule home visits, and even went in my behalf when I wasn’t able. He would send detailed explanations of the home, some things he noticed, and included pictures. He saved me countless hours and did a tremendous job helping me filter homes that didn’t meet my needs.
I ended up in a home that couldn’t be more perfect. He walked me through the process, had a wonderful team of professionals to recommended and made the process as easy as possible. I love my home and will not be moving anytime soon, but if I were in would work with Sean again without question.

He really did go above and beyond throughout the entire process, from looking for a home, purchasing a new home, and selling our old home. He is extremely friendly, personable, and a genuine person. I can’t say enough of Janice Madore. She is an amazing realtor who loves her job. She is dedicated in helping to fine a new home for you and boy I saw plenty of houses and condos. She gets into them and tells you what she has found that needs to be looked at and needs some work on. I bought my first condo and I am so happy I’m in it. I get to retire in 5 yrs in the condo my home.

I made the right decision by choosing Janice to be my realtor as a first-time home buyer. In the beginning I didn’t know what type of house was right for me. Janice walked me through many different house styles (condos, single-family homes, townhouses etc.) that were in my price range until we found the style right for me. I trusted Janice from start to finish and appreciated her expertise in the real estate industry. I honestly wished my house hunting process was longer so I can still be working with her. 10 out of 10 would recommend Janice to anyone who is looking to buy their first home.
