Super disappointed with M. LaHart. I am still waiting on the purchase of a graduation gift that was ordered more than a month ago. The company does reply to the inquiries, but what's distressing is that the company did not say that the product was out of stock or would be delayed due to the supply issues on the website but notified me right after I've placed an order with them. It doesn't matter if they give you a chance to cancel the order because at that point you have already customized the gift and invested in the purchase. :( Would not recommend.
