The entire team is welcoming and professional. From the check in staff, to Brittney who does the intake to my fav person Dr Giesen and the check out staff. Dr G is not an alarmist and explains everything well. You can tell she cares the minute she walks into the room.
My follow-up visit with the Deb was excellent. She listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and involved in my care. I truly appreciated the time and attention given during the visit.
Very clean and very friendly environment. Deb Giesen and her staff are very professional and are easy to talk to. They do not make me feel like a number but instead as a true patient. Their caring, pleasant and I feel very trustworthy.
I cannot recommend Deb Geason highly enough. While I'm aware of her credentials as an APRN, I refer to her as "Dr. Geason" because she provides a level of care that surpasses many physicians I've encountered throughout my healthcare journey.
What sets Deb apart is her approach to sensitive health topics. In the past, discussions about weight management with other providers left me feeling judged and defeated. After successfully overcoming substance abuse and smoking, the thought of addressing my diet felt overwhelming and led to a defensive attitude. Previous conversations focused on what would happen if I didn't lose weight, which only increased my resistance to change.
Deb was the first healthcare provider to discuss these concerns in a way that felt supportive rather than judgmental. She took the time to listen without rushing, and her compassionate approach made all the difference. Thanks to her guidance, I now take my prediabetes diagnosis seriously and feel empowered to make meaningful changes. I genuinely believe she may have saved my life.
In my experience, earning a medical degree requires dedication and hard work, but being an exceptional healthcare provider requires something more—a genuine concern for patients' wellbeing and long-term health outcomes. Deb embodies this quality, and I will remain a loyal patient. She has my highest recommendation.
*Note: This review reflects my personal experience and opinions as a patient.
I had a very positive experience with the office staff and with Ms. Giesen. Everyone was kind and efficient. The appointment ran right on time. I appreciated Debra's "no-nonsense" attitude and found her to be attentive and listened to what I had to say in a professional manner.
