DG Roof Pros

Very good experience with everyone at DG Roof Pros, especially Kevin Chen. Kevin initially came out for an inspection and followed that up with leading an insurance claim on my behalf. He handled all the details. It took a couple months to coordinate everything but I now have a brand new roof with very little out of pocket.

The install went smooth and the crew mostly finished in one day. They came back for some touch ups the next day. I had a unique situation that resulted in a chunk of soffit needing replacement about a month after the job was finished. I mentioned it to Kevin and he followed through with coordinating the rework. Very happy with the experience and the roof looks great.

We are really impressed with our new roof, it looks so beautiful. The DG team had excellent communication leading up to our installation, we had to reschedule due to bad weather. We also had our skylight replaced and it’s my favorite new accessory. Remote control shades and venting is a game changer. The owner Jeremy is such a great guy, and he has a wonderful team of people. Jordon and Mike are really great to work with and answered all our questions. Our roof was done in one day and I’m so thankful for that. They cleaned up so well after completing the project too. Jeremy and his team are professional, knowledgeable and honest. We had put in an insurance claim after multiple windstorms had resulted in missing shingles. We signed a contract in November and due to the unpredictable New England weather, we got our new roof installed in April. Jeremy would check-in every so often to update me on an estimated install date along with when materials were ordered and arrived. Our roof looks amazing! We love the color and have a 50 year warranty with Owen’s Corning shingles. Jeremy also recommended switching the front patio from shingles to rolled roofing based on the pitch of the patio roof. We’re extremely happy with the look of the roof and have peace of mind with another house project checked off the list!
