Our appoint for a procedure with Dr Flanagan was scheduled for 1:15. It's now 3:00 and we're still waiting. No one bothered to inform us that the Dr was running late or better yet call us and reschedule us for later in the day. I understand things happen, but there was no communication.
It must be that I'm fortunate in my other choices of physicians because I actually thought that treating patients like that was a thing of the past.
