Brian Elsemore, our physical therapist, is truly outstanding. This was our third time utilizing his expertise for physical therapy, and each experience reaffirms that he is the most gentle, understanding, and professional guide one could hope for during the often painful and frustrating process of rehabilitation. He consistently approaches every session with a smile and is filled with encouragement, which makes a significant difference. We would unequivocally request him for any future therapy needs.

Diana, the nurse from Elara, was nothing short of an angel sent to us. She visited Rick after his initial hospitalization, during which he was only home for three days before suffering a stroke. Diana immediately recognized that he had suffered a stroke, a realization that had not occurred to us. Her swift and decisive action in calling an ambulance was critical. This prompt intervention directly led to his successful recovery. Had she not been there, we might have delayed seeking further medical attention for several days, and his recovery would likely not have been as successful, if it had occurred at all. We will forever be indebted to her for her incredible insight and quick thinking. Diana has consistently taken special time to thoroughly explain all changes in Rick's condition and provide the best guidance on how to manage everything. She always reassures us that by following her instructions, all will be well.

When we first moved to Connecticut, we used a different home health service. However, after experiencing the unparalleled care from Elara Home Health Care, it has become our exclusive choice whenever we are asked about such services.
