Keven (salesman) was absolutely amazing from step 1. Never once did I feel I was being coerced into making a decision I wasn’t ready for. I felt nothing but support from him. He should be so proud of how he does his job. So personable. He even went as far as color coordinating and highlighting the owners manual of the car to make it the easiest to find what I’m looking for- although I have not needed to open it because he so thoroughly explained every inch of the car! Other dealerships should take note and Keven should be recognized for how amazing he is! Than you Keven! You made me love Subaru 🥹
I have leased 3 vehicles from Rick Davis at Mid Hudson SUBARU. He is very helpful and takes the time to make sure I have no questions or concerns. The finance person, I don’t remember his name but he explained everything I was signing. There was no pressure to try an sell me additional plans or services. Every one at this dealership was great.
Buying my first car felt intimidating, but Mark and Gary made the entire experience genuinely comfortable and empowering. Mark treated me like his own child, someone patient, protective, and truly invested in making sure I felt confident and excited rather than overwhelmed. He never pressured me and took the time to explain things in a way that actually made sense. Gary was just as incredible on the financial side. He walked me through every step carefully, answered every question without rushing, and never once made me feel unwise for not already knowing how this process works. Together, they turned what could have been a stressful milestone into a positive, memorable experience.
I was having issues with my 2020 Outback (my 4th vehicle with MidHudson). It was a battery and a few maintenance issues. At the time there were "no coupons" for any of the services I was getting done. I spoke with the new service manager Sal - and because I've been a loyal customer he worked with me to get a good deal with my service invoice. I was a happy camper.
I've been a good customer to Mid Hudson Subaru, worked with Kevin Nolan, in the past and every single person in that dealership is competent and helpful. Again this is my 4th vehicle in 30 years? A good team.
Easily the best car purchasing experience I’ve ever had in my life. The customer service all around was amazing. I did end up purchasing a car. I’m very happy with it. I also couldn’t figure out how to get a ride when I needed to and they didn’t even hesitate and just came to pick me up. Jamal was my salesman and he was super knowledgeable and really made me feel comfortable with the purchase. Patricia, the sales manager was super accommodating, and the finance team was very knowledgeable as well. Good attitudes and good energy all around I will definitely be purchasing more vehicles from them.
