Taylor pre-owned autos turned out to be a great experience! Tara is a kind person easy to get along with and honest. I would definitely buy cars from her again in the future
My son purchased a car in April of 2023. Everything went smooth in the beginning and seemed to be great. After purchasing it though, only 10 miles later the car broke down. We found out that one of the spark plugs was bad causing the engine to shake, the check engine light to turn on, and make the car feel like it was going to explode. We replaced all of them at our local Mavis for about $600 after hours and hours of diagnosing and frustration. They told us that if anyone took a look at the spark plugs, they’d clearly see that they needed to be replaced. Taylor said that she would contribute to the cost since the car didn’t even make it home after we bought it. It’s September now and after many texts, conversations, etc, we have yet to see any contribution toward this even though Taylor says it’s in the mail. Quite frustrating after my 17 year old worked his butt off and spent $10,000. To not get a penny from her after many promises is just disappointing. Due to all this, we will never buy from her again.
Great help, great communication, and great honesty. Sold me a great car at a great price and was extremely helpful and communicative. This was by far the best and easiest experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. Definitely recommend to whoever is interested in buying a car! I know when I buy a car again this will be my first stop.
Tara is probably the friendliest car dealer I’ve ever dealt with. She’s straight forward and honest. She helped me through the entire process. After looking for a vehicle for awhile, she was a pleasure to do business with. And the truck was spotless!!!! Thanks for all your help.
