His team totally fixed up a nearly five-year old Cub Cadet XT1 with multiple issues and honestly it feels like it runs better than the day we took it off the lot. wrote a review in may, can't find it. will repeat. Dan either doesn't care about customer service or doesn't know what it means. He takes customers for granted and neither returns calls or answers the phone. He is open half days on Sat and closed Mondays. He had my mower for several weeks to do routine maintenance. I called several times to inquire about progress and was told he'd let me know when it was ready. After at least three weeks he called to tell me it was ready and then discovered a problem that would require a part being sent from out of state. He found out what the problem was after calling the manufacturer. I waited another week and called and was told it would be ready in a few days. He finally called to say it was ready. the machine runs but I'll look for another guy. Many small businesses seem to operate on the belief they are the only game in town. I guess that's ok for some. I expect better.
