Tonight was my 7th wedding anniversary.
I made a reservation at 7:00. Some plans fell through so I called and moved the reservation up to six. They were completely friendly and happy to help.
The food was amazing. The atmosphere was great. The drinks were really good. Service was spectacular.
The service staff operated like a well-oiled family machine. It could not have been better.
The food was a complete 10 out of 10. Everything was beyond my expectations and to cap off the evening of beautiful chocolate souffle which was perfectly done.
If I could give this place 10 stars I would.
Worth every single penny I spent there.
My wife and I go out to eat quite often and this was one of the best dining experiences we have ever had.
I had the pleasure of visiting Solaia for the first time for a Christmas party with the Sullivan County Partnership, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The restaurant was beautifully decorated for the holidays warm, festive, and inviting.
The food was excellent, thoughtfully prepared, and absolutely delicious. Everything from the atmosphere to the service made the evening feel special. It was the perfect setting for a holiday gathering, and I’m so glad my first visit was during such a lovely event.
I look forward to returning and highly recommend Solaia to anyone looking for a great dining experience in the area.
What can I say… I never expected epicurean excellence on route 42 in Monticello New York.
The delicious Veal Picatta was amazing, the Sea Scallops were from Cape Cos and Mesmer superb with an amazing sweet and tangy sauce. However the Chilean Sea Bass was the pies de resistance I mean its was a heavenly melange os Lemon zest that melted like butter wow. Cute place too sit by the fireplace they have a mixologist serving up espresso Martinis.

We had the absolute best dinner at Soliana. The owner, son and chef all showed an amazing passion for providing a top notch customer dining experience, with perfectly mixed martinis, and exquisitely prepared dishes. No one rushed us and our courses were served with time to enjoy our cocktails and salads before the main entrees. Only regret is that we dont live close enough to come to Soliana every week - it is that good in all the areas that make a great difference experience.
This evening we enjoyed a fantastic dinner the place was packed and the wait was a bit longer than expected and the staff were extremely friendly and the food was excellent as well as the dessert if you are in the area I highly recommend eating here I promise you will not be disappointed and the prices are very reasonable
