absolutely delicious, the texture of the açaí is so much different than other places in the best way possible. i got the bowl with rice crispies in it and it was absolutely amazing. the only real "down side" is that there's not much space to dine inside
I absolutely love Gabi's acai bowls and get them often. However, I'm not sure if I can keep ordering them with the prices. I know they aren't on Doordash, which adds to the fee, but I got two bowls for $50! Just crazy and so unfortunate!
We moved to Waterbury a year ago from NY and have been craving açaí bowls. Today I found this place and we were not disappointed. The shop and customer service are great, we asked for a recommendation and we were told to get The Grande Bowl and it was absolutely delicious! So glad this place exists, we will definitely be coming back!
5 stars! Healthy food, warm and welcoming environment. We needed a place like this in town. So excited.
The moms bowl 🥣 has been my go to so far but i cant wait to sample other items!

My family and I are so happy Gabi’s opened in town. Not only are the owners and staff extremely friendly but the food is sooo good! My 9 year old daughter is obsessed with their grande bowl and with good reasoning ~ it’s delicious! Such a cute set up inside too! Looking forward to trying all their bowls and delicious treats!
