I have the Paladin and Fallout rifles. Both are fantastic. I run suppressors and have never had to tune them. Anytime I emailed GQ I heard back from them quickly. I am an FFL and highly recommend their firearms. Hope to get into their dealer program.
The guys down at GQ Armory are awesome! Aside from building the highest quality and greatest shooting firearm and suppressor I've ever shot/owned, they are also genuinely great people.
After emailing them with a few questions I had before ordering my Fallout PDW, I am lucky enough to live somewhat close to their shop and I was invited down to ask questions and see all of their offerings in person and I was blown away by the quality and customer service.

I was talking to my buddy Nate about the new pistol he bought from GQ. He was having some problems with it and got to try out their customer service. After talking to him it sounded to me like it was ammunition related and I would bet that the folks at GQ thought the same. They paid for him to send them the gun and they looked at everything and confirmed that the gun was working properly, tested it thoroughly, and took a good amount of time to explain everything to him. They are getting the gun back to him right away and from what he told me are going well above what I would expect or even hope for. They build a great product but the character and culture of the company are the bigger selling points to me. I hope I get the chance to be a customer soon.
